White Park Bay Beach
This beach deserves a special mention because it is the favourite beach of Mrs G! (mum/wife of founders of this site – boss of the family). If you want to walk on a beach away from it all, this is the place to come. No lifeguards and dangerous rips, so please don’t swim. Instead it’s a wandering place – you can spot ancient sites in the dunes, orchids if you’re lucky and sheep/cows which sometimes join you on the beach. On the way in/out stop off at Portbradden where you can glimpse Ireland’s smallest church (holds about 6 people!) – it’s in a private house, so you can’t go in – and you can follow the path around the rocks. Rugged, beautiful, peaceful – this is what the Causeway Coast is all about. Enjoy!
